There are plenty of rumors that both Sony and Microsoft reveal their next console at E3 this year. However the Wall Street Journals report that Kaz Hirai denied speculation that they would be revealing a next-generation console at E3 in June.

“I’ve always said a 10-year life cycle for PS3, and there is no reason to go away from that,” Hirai explained.
