According to Bloomberg Amazon is in the middle of making a smartphone, which is going to be compatible to iPhone and Android. It is still not known what software Amazon is going to use, but one thing is clear that if it’s competing iPhone, its smartphone should be a perfect gadget, unlike the Kindle Fire which was a budget offering product.
It is said that Foxconn is Amazon’s partner in manufacturing the new smartphone. Furthermore, as Amazon is running the world’s popular online store, it might offer its own application store along with music, books, movies and other uncountable features. Let’s see if it’s going to be a success story like Kindle Fire.
