Apple Confesses About Its Maps Failure

iPhone 5 created a lot of hype before it releases officially. People all around the world are urging to get a grip on it as soon as they can. With this all success, Apple also confronting many different fiascos in its Apps side and even with the design of their new smartphone.

Recently, Tom Cook, Apple’s CEO published a letter on the Cupertino’s website, in which he discussed the usage of Maps, which is around half billion and the increasing number of new iOS users. But most surprisingly, Tim Cook apologizes for the bad services their Map app is providing. He stated:
“While we’re improving Maps, you can try alternatives by downloading map apps from the App Store like Bing, MapQuest and Waze, or use Google or Nokia maps by going to their websites and creating an icon on your home screen to their web app.”

Tim Cook cited that his team is working on fixing the problems and bugs. The word “alternatives” means Tim Cook is allowing his Company’s user to go for some other satisfying Map apps.
