Assassin’s Creed: Utopia Detailed

First details on Assassin’s Creed: Utopia, an upcoming mobile title have been revealed. Producer Andreane Meunier said the the game will be a “true Assassin’s Creed experience” that will be revolving around “building your own Assassin’s Creed utopian colonial city.”

According to the details, the game will take place at the start of Colonial era, “focusing on the immigrants who first arrived in the New World to create their own utopia away from persecution in Europe at the end of the 16th century.”

In another interview with Eurogamer, Andreane said that:

“there are no links between Utopia and Assassin’s Creed III, but the narrative will lead into the ACIII narrative, since it’s a kind of pre-era to the Assassin’s Creed III era.”

As far as the actual gameplay goes, Meunier said:

”I can tell you it’s not card game, but we’re not going to tell you right now what the game content is.”

Back in February, Ubisoft announced that it will be releasing a game for Android and iOS via the GREE platform. GREE is social and mobile gaming service that allow players to create one account and use it across multiple devices. Apart from Assassin’s Creed, other franchises also announced that they’ll be teaming up with GREE. The names include Metal Slug and Resident Evil.

No official release date has been announced for Assassin’s Creed: Utopia. Keep checking out for more.
