According to Amazon.ca, a new version of Battlefield 3 Premium Edition is coming next month. Amazon.ca has posted a listing for Battlefield 3 Premium Edition on Xbox 360 and PlayStation. However, there’s currently no box-art available and the game is listed as having a $69.99 price tag. The new version is set for release on September 15th, 2012 and it means that we could see a revealing from EA at Gamescom 2012 next week.
Battlefield Premium was first revealed through a mistake on an update for the PlayStation Store on May 30th, 2012. It was later confirmed by EA that it would be released on June 4th, 2012. The service has a onetime cost of US$49.99/£39.99/€49.99/AU$49.99 and is currently exclusive to Battlefield 3. It gives buyers exclusive features, including early access to DLC, dogtags, a knife, and more.
