Designers and Google Advised Samsung Not To Copy Apple’s Designs

It’s been quite a while since the legal war between Apple and Samsung is going on. Though the judge pulled Samsung out of the blame Apple put on it. Later, Apple was asked to put a statement on its website and different ads that “Samsung did not copy iPhone”. But this issue does not seem as it will fade any soon. As some new information has leaked regarding the “Samsung copying Apple’s designs”.

This information shows that how many times in the past Samsung was warned not to copy Apple’s design. One of these warning were made by Google, which asked Samsung to be more creative, as Google had noticed Samsung’s tablets P1 and P3 were quick similar to Apple’s iPad. Google demanded to Samsung to make tablets with noticeable differences. Back in 2011, Samsung’s own product design group seemed to be regretful by making Galaxy S design which was (according to them) very similar to the old iPhone models.

According to some other product designers who think that Samsung S was so much like the Apple’s iPhone that it should bring some innovations to its designs rather than copying its competitors. They stated that Samsung S is too similar to iPhone that the customer will get confused in pointing out any differences if the logo is covered. One of the main evidence that we can count into account is that the best buy stores that Samsung surveyed earlier, the main reason that most of the customers return Samsung’s tablets is because they thought they were buying iPads. All these details showed that Apple was quite being right in suing Samsung after all.
