HTC Desire C

After all the “Desires” that HTC bought in market and many people turned out addicts of this pretty collection. Once again, HTC launches a new Desire C that will meet all your expectations you have for a good, attractive Android phone. The “C” in the name does not just represents compact, but also the comfort and capability of the phone.

This HTC set is almost half the size of the One X, and resembles quite alike to it. The HTC desire C comes in three different colors: red, black and grey. It weighted 98 grams with the screen of 3.5-inches and a HVGA resolution of 320×480 pixels. The phone is made up of plastic with a black gripping back that is quite comfortable. There is no front-facing camera and beneath the screen, are the three usual capacitive touch keys for Back, Home and Task Switcher.

 

At the middle of the back cover, you can see HTC logo engraved notably, and at the center top of the back is the 5-megapixel fixed focus camera, unfortunately without any LED Flash. The best thing is, the HTC Desire C comes with the Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC Sense 4 UI.  Other than that it has a 600MHz single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon, 512 MB of RAM and Adreno 200 GPU with Polaris Office Doc viewer and editor.

Google Maps, Google Play Store and HTC Hub have several offers and features for the users. Some apps at the play store have the demo video, so it’s a chance for you to first get an idea about the app and then install it without any quarries. There are file managers, navigation apps and document reader apps are also available. On the other hand, the HTC hub is flooded with wallpapers, ringtones, sound customization, alarm and notification sounds.

Overall with a good body and quality features, HTC Desire C offers a splendid smartphone with ICS, MicroSD card support, Flash playback and HTCSense.com integration.
