Couple of weeks later we heard about the rumors of LG Optimus. Though the dual-SIM mobile phone is still unrevealed, but LG is hitting the market again with yet another device belongs to its Optimus category. The new LG Optimus 4X HD P880 is here for you. At the MWC in February, it was one of the headliners. Let’s have a look on its feauture and see if we find any good in it.
Optimus 4X HD’s body is wholly made up of plastic with the display of 4.7-inches, protected with Gorilla glass-covered screen and a balancing resolution of 1280×720 pixels. The display looks brighter than the AMOLED displays and contains the RGB matrix. The phone is ultra slim and weighted almost as same as the Samsung Galaxy S III. Beneath the screen, there are three capacitive buttons that represent the Home, Back and Menu keys.
At the back of the phone, you can easily find an 8-megapixel camera with the LED flash and 1080p and 720p video. At the bottom of the camera placed the loudspeakers grille. The front-facing camera is of 1.3-megapixel that is placed at the top front of the mobile phone. There is a SIM card slot, a microSD card slot and NFC antenna.
The Optimus 4X HD is powered up by the Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich with Optimus UI 3.0 at the top. It has a quad-band GSM supported by quad-band 3G. It contains a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor with Nvidia Tegra 3 chipset. 2150 Li-Ion battery is a powerful one that holds the new SiO+ battery technology that helps the phone to get power upto 6% than regular-size battery.
