After news going around of Amazon, giving refunds to all Mass Effect 3 owners who were dis-satisfied with the game’s ending. It looks like EA Origin seems to be following the same trend. However, the Origin FAQ states:
All physical products purchased through the Origin Store come with a 14-day unconditional guarantee. If you don’t like it, you can return it within 14 days of its delivery for a prompt refund — no questions asked!
It means if you bought a physical copy of the game, you can return it within 14 days and get your refund. Over at the Bioware forums a user by the name t_i_e_ posted that he successfully received refund by simply contacting EA Origin Help Services and explaining how the game did not deliver what it had advertised.
This is what t_i_e_ posted on the forums:
It seems like a good news to all Mass Effect 3 fans who were really disappointed how the game ended. Refunds seems to be becoming reality, we can look forward how Bioware will handle this situation or just change the complete ending of the game just as their fans wanted.
