Phantasy Star Online 2 Launches Tomorrow in Japan

Sega has finally announced that the PC version of Phantasy Star Online 2 is now ready for all the public. The official servers for this F2P will open tomorrow in Japan at 2pm JST. The current open beta servers are closed.

Gamers willing to purchase arc-cash (in-game currency) by using the real money will have to wait until 3pm JST for the facility to be available. Apart from that, Sega also announced a Phantasy Star Online 2 Premium Package that will be released on September 13th and it will cost 6,279 yen ($79) gamers will get their hands on game install disc, codes for a set of five weapons, and also a device that will help player’s in-game Mag partner to evolve much faster than usual.

Sega also announced that the number of participants for the June 21st open beta had crossed 500,000 mark and the game had reached a massive connection of 80,000 players, all the at the same time.
