Samsung confirms plans to sue Apple over LTE in the iPhone 5

There have been rumors, that Samsung had plans to file a file a patent complaint against Apple. A new filing with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California confirms that Samsung is indeed preparing to file a complaint against Apple pertaining to LTE patents.
