Windows Phone 8 To Release In October

Windows 8 is releasing in October of this year, while there was no news confirmed by the Microsoft itself that when will it release the Windows Phone 8. But luckily, Stephen Elop did this job when he was giving interview to the New York Times. It seems as though it just slipped out of Stephen’s mouth that the Windows Phone 8 will also be releasing in October, as the Microsoft still did not disclosed the date.

So, we can guess that Microsoft will cover the launches of both the operating systems together within a session. Stephen Elop told about this news when he was discussing the Nokia’s Q2 earning. He thinks that the new Windows Phone 8 will help in increasing the sales of Lumia devices.
